The Software, including all source code, logic, assets, and original documentation, is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of AlcedoCore. No transfer of intellectual property rights is intended or implied by this license.
Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to use, copy, and modify the Software for personal or internal business use, subject to the conditions and restrictions set forth in this agreement.
If the individual or legal entity using or hosting this Software generates an annual gross revenue exceeding €1,000,000 (One Million Euros) or the equivalent in any other currency, they are required to contact the author at partner@alcedocore.nl.
The Software must not be used, in whole or in part, for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, testing, or validating any Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning models, or large language models (LLMs).
This includes, but is not limited to, inclusion in training datasets for code-generation tools or neural network weights.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
Failure to comply with any of the terms above (specifically the Revenue Requirement or the AI Training Prohibition) results in the immediate and automatic termination of this license and your right to use the Software.
